1 Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RAAF Logistics LLC website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2 Informational Purpose

The website provides general information about RAAF, its transportation capabilities, service areas, and employment opportunities. Website content is not a binding offer, transportation agreement, rate confirmation, bill of lading, employment offer, customs advice, legal advice, or guarantee of capacity, transit time, border processing, customs release, delivery, or employment.

Transportation services are subject to RAAF’s review and acceptance, equipment and driver availability, freight characteristics, lane requirements, operating conditions, applicable law, and the terms of the relevant written agreement, tariff, rate confirmation, bill of lading, or other governing document. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement governing a specific service, the signed agreement controls for that service.

3 Quote and Contact Requests

Submitting a quote or contact form does not create a contract or require RAAF to provide service. Any quote is based on the information supplied and may be revised or withdrawn if that information changes or is incomplete. Service begins only after the parties complete the required approval and contracting process and RAAF confirms the applicable shipment or lane in writing.

4 Employment Information

Job descriptions and recruiting content are informational and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment. Employment eligibility, qualifications, background inquiries, licensing, medical requirements, immigration and entry requirements, and other conditions depend on the position and applicable law. Nothing on the website creates an employment contract or changes the at-will status of employment where permitted by law.

12 Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising solely from use of the website will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Webb County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise. This section does not replace a governing-law, venue, arbitration, or dispute-resolution provision in a separate written agreement with RAAF.

13 Changes and Termination

Continued use of the website after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
